i found that the air conditioning in the room did not work. i was told it is supposedly in the colder months for sustainability. opening the window long enough is based on luck.

the apartment was spacious and clean, everything was in order.

The room temperature was difficult to control, it got uncomfortably warm at night even with the windows open. the noise from the street was louder than i anticipated, sleep was disrupted a few times. also, the coffee machine didn't work properly. It kept leaking.

I had issues with the room. the heater did not work properly , so the room was very cold. i tried to contact someone about it, but i only got automated responses. I never spoke to a real person. also, the lack of a lobby or staff made the situation worse. There was nobody available to address my concerns directly.

Acceptable stay with some issues

poor sound insulationsmall luggage lockers

The room lacked proper sound insulation. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms (it was quite distracting). the absence of a dedicated luggage storage area after checkout posed a challenge, because I had a late flight. There were lockers, but they were too small for larger suitcases, it was inconvenient.
